The word ASCEND is embedded directly into the hardware construction rather than treated as a conventional logo. Antique-brass elements introduce warmth and age against the black leather, while the silver safety pin and letter forms keep the object sharp, industrial and active.
Designed to shift as it is worn. The hardware hangs, turns and moves with the body. Its construction is meant to be examined rather than immediately decoded.
